What you will find in this free printable PDF library

Every resource here is a free printable PDF you can download and print at home, at work or at the library. There is nothing to buy, no trial to start and no account needed just to download a file.

The collection covers the things people actually print: weekly and monthly planners, habit and budget trackers, chore charts, meal planners, study timetables, kids' activity pages and seasonal sheets. Each PDF has its own page describing what it contains, the paper size it was designed for, how many pages it runs to, and the licence that applies to it — so you know what you are getting before the printer starts.

How to print a PDF so it comes out right

Match the paper size

Every printable PDF here lists the size it was designed for, usually A4 or US Letter. Choose the same size in your printer dialog rather than letting the printer guess.

Turn off scaling

Select Actual size (sometimes called 100% or None) instead of "Fit to page". Scaling shrinks a sheet by a few millimetres, which is enough to push a planner's ruled lines out of alignment.

Check the preview

The preview catches the common problems: a stray blank page, the wrong orientation, or margins your printer cannot reach. It costs nothing to look, and it saves paper.

Every printable is checked before it goes live

Nothing is published automatically. A PDF passes moderation and then an editorial review before it appears in the library, and the page describing it is written from the file itself rather than from a filename.

Members can rate and review what they download, and those reviews are moderated too. Some resources also carry an AI quality assessment — always labelled as machine-written, always kept out of the community star rating, so the ratings you see come from people.

Share your own free printable PDFs

If you make printables, you can add them to the library. Submissions go through the same review as everything else, and published work earns points that unlock the contributor shelf, alongside a public profile where people can follow your releases.
