Our position
We take rights seriously. Everything published here is meant to be original work, work shared with permission, or material under a licence that allows it. Submissions pass moderation and then an editorial review, but mistakes and misrepresentation are possible, and we act quickly when they are reported.
If you hold the rights
Send a notice through the contact page at freeprintablepdfs.com/contact and choose the copyright reason. Include the address of the page or file; a description of the work you own and, where possible, where it is legitimately published; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. If you have an account, the “Report this resource” action on the page itself attaches the item automatically and is usually faster.
What we do with a notice
We acknowledge the notice, restrict access to the material while we look at it where the claim appears substantiated, and ask the person who submitted it for their licence or proof of ownership. If the claim stands, the material is removed, the contributor is told why, and any points that submission earned are withdrawn. Repeat infringement leads to account suspension.
If your material was removed in error
You may send a counter-notice through the same contact page. Include the address of the removed material, your name and contact details, the reason you believe the removal was mistaken, and confirmation that you accept the jurisdiction of the courts where our operator is established. We will pass the counter-notice to the person who complained. If they do not pursue the matter, we may restore the material.
Unsafe or harmful content
Use the same routes to report a file that contains malware, exposes someone’s personal data or is otherwise harmful — choose “Unsafe content” as the reason so it is prioritised. Urgent safety reports are handled ahead of the queue.
Reports made in bad faith
A notice must be accurate and made in good faith. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Deliberately false or abusive notices waste the time of everyone involved, may carry legal consequences for the sender, and will lead to suspension where an account is involved.
