What this site is
Free Printable PDFs is a curated library of printable resources — planners, trackers, budget sheets, activity pages and seasonal printables — that are free to download and print. Every resource has its own page describing what it contains, the paper size it is designed for and the license that applies to it.
How resources are published
Resources reach the library in two ways: our editorial team adds and documents them, or a member submits one through the submission form. Member submissions pass an initial moderation check and then an editorial review before they appear publicly. Nothing is published automatically.
Reviews and quality assessments
Community reviews are written by signed-in members and moderated before publication. Separately, some resources carry an AI quality assessment. These assessments are clearly labeled, reviewed by a human before they appear, and are never mixed into the community star rating.
How the site is funded
Downloads are free. The site is supported by advertising, which lets us keep resources available without a paywall or a signup requirement to download. Advertising never determines which resources are published, how they are described or how they are rated.
Getting in touch
Suggestions, corrections, rights questions and advertising enquiries are all welcome through the contact page. Reports about a specific resource or review are best sent with the in-page report action so they arrive with the right context attached.
