Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Free Printable PDFs, the operator of freeprintablepdfs.com (“we”, “us”, “the service”). They apply every time you visit the site, download a file, create an account, submit a PDF, write a review or send us a message. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Who may use the service
You may browse and download without an account. To submit PDFs, write reviews, follow other members or earn contributor points you need an account, and you must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for online services, that age applies instead. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password private, and for telling us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
Your licence to use the printables
Each printable states its own licence on its page, and that licence governs what you may do with the file. “Personal use” means you may download, print and use the sheet yourself, in your household or in a single classroom. It does not permit resale, redistribution, republication on another site, inclusion in a paid product, or use of the file as stock artwork. Creative Commons material stays subject to its own terms, including any attribution requirement. Where a licence and these terms disagree, the licence shown on the printable wins for that file.
What you may not do
Do not scrape, bulk-download or mirror the library. Do not bypass rate limits, moderation, access levels or the points system, and do not create accounts to inflate anyone’s standing. Do not upload malware, interfere with the availability or security of the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, and we may remove content without notice where it is unlawful or unsafe.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting a PDF, cover image, review or profile text you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it as part of the service, and to describe it in our own editorial pages — including pages written with AI assistance from the file you supplied. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to share it, and that publishing it here breaks no law and infringes nobody’s rights. You may withdraw a submission by contacting us; we will remove it from the library, though copies already downloaded by other people are outside our control.
Moderation and publishing
Nothing you submit is published automatically. Every submission passes moderation and then an editorial review before it appears. Reviews are moderated too. We may decline, re-categorise, edit the surrounding description or withdraw anything, and we are not obliged to explain a decision beyond the note we send you.
Points and contributor access
Some printables open their file only to signed-in members, or to members who have passed a points threshold. Points are granted for work that clears moderation and are withdrawn if that approval is reversed. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted or reset where we find they were obtained by abuse. We may change what earns points, the thresholds, or the access level of any printable at any time.
Advertising
Free Printable PDFs is funded by third-party advertising. Advertisements are served by external networks and are not our endorsement of any advertiser, product or claim. Encouraging or generating artificial ad interactions — clicking your own ads, asking other people to click, or automating impressions — is prohibited and will result in suspension.
Accuracy and your own judgement
We describe each file as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that a printable is fit for any particular purpose. Check the stated paper size, page count and licence, and check your print preview, before relying on a file or printing it in quantity. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of wasted paper, ink or time arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account settings. Deleting an account removes your profile and personal data as described in the privacy policy; printables you published may remain in the library, because other people rely on them, and we will show them without your name if you ask. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, or where continuing would expose us or our members to legal or security risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update, and significant changes will be signposted on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of Free Printable PDFs is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
